Refund Policy

As we specialize in custom-manufactured and branded corporate leather products, standard refund policies are tailored to our customized production flow.

• Digital Mockup: We share a detailed digital mockup of custom stampings/embossings before production starts.
• Pre-Production Samples: Physical samples are built and shared for approval. Once approved, the customer signs off on the quality specification baseline.

• Quality SLA: If the delivered batch does not meet the approved sample specifications or has manufacturing defects, we will rework or replace the affected items at no extra cost.
• Reporting Window: Quality claims must be reported within 7 business days from receipt of the shipment.

• Pre-Production: Orders can be cancelled before raw hide cutting and logo brass die creation. A refund is issued minus setup charges.
• In-Production: Cancellations are not accepted once the leather cutting has started.
